Service agreement & clean-work policy

This is the whole agreement for the Free AI Visibility Report, the 30-Day AI Visibility Sprint and the Stay Named monthly plan. Paying for a Sprint or subscribing to Stay Named means you agree to it.

Provider: iPromptCode LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, doing business as Named First ("we"). Client: the business that purchases a service ("you"). Last updated October 9, 2026.

1. What we do

  1. Free AI Visibility Report. We submit ten questions about your trade and city to three AI engines, record which businesses are named, and send you a one-page summary with screenshots. It's free, and it creates no obligation on either side.
  2. 30-Day AI Visibility Sprint ($750, one time). The four-week checklist published on our How it works page on the date of purchase: a day-1 test, Google Business Profile completion, listing-identity matching, a review-request template, one plain-answer web page with FAQ and structured data, third-party directory and community mentions, and a day-30 re-test with a before/after report.
  3. Stay Named (founding offer: $497/month; standard: $997/month). Each month: the 30-answer re-test, two new plain-answer pages, one new third-party mention, review tracking and a one-page report.

2. What we never do (the clean-work policy)

We follow the FTC's Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule (16 CFR Part 465), the FTC Endorsement Guides, and the rules of every platform we post on. Specifically, we will not:

  • write, generate, buy, or sell reviews or testimonials, or ask anyone to post a review they didn't earn;
  • offer money, discounts or anything else in exchange for a review with a particular rating or sentiment;
  • solicit reviews from your employees, family or agents without a clear disclosure of the relationship;
  • post on any platform as a customer, a neutral bystander or anyone other than who we are; every post made on your behalf identifies that it's from you or from your marketing provider;
  • buy or manufacture upvotes, likes, followers, views or any other engagement;
  • suppress, hide or pay to remove truthful negative reviews;
  • use your competitors' names in any deceptive way.

If you ask us to do any of the above, we'll decline. If you insist, we'll end the engagement and refund any unused Stay Named month.

3. What you do

  • Give us accurate business information (name, address, phone, license, services, service area). What we publish is what you tell us.
  • Add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile and give us editor access to your website (or connect us with whoever manages it). We never ask for your passwords.
  • Approve or request changes to content within three business days. Silence after a reminder counts as approval so the 30 days keep moving.
  • Ask your real customers for reviews the honest way, using the template we give you.

4. No guarantee of results

AI answers, search results and directory placements are controlled by third parties and change constantly. We do not guarantee that your business will be named in any AI answer, rank in any position, receive any number of leads or calls, or achieve any revenue. What we guarantee is that the checklist is completed, you approve the content, the day-30 re-test is done with dated screenshots, and you receive the report.

5. Payment, term and cancellation

  • Sprint: paid in full at purchase through Stripe. Work begins when your onboarding form is received. Because the work is custom and starts immediately, the Sprint fee is non-refundable once week 1 has started, except as stated in section 2.
  • Founding offer: $497/month for the first 5 Stay Named clients, locked for their first 12 months. Then $997/month. Standard pricing for other clients is $997/month. Month to month, with 30 days' cancellation notice; the price lock is not a 12-month commitment.
  • Stay Named: billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Month to month, no minimum term. Cancel with 30 days' notice, by email or through your Stripe receipt. No refunds for a month already started, except as stated in section 2.
  • Prices are for one business location. Additional locations or trades are quoted separately.
  • We may change prices for future months with 60 days' written notice. Existing Sprints are never repriced.

6. You own everything

Every account, listing, page, image and word created or edited for you belongs to you. When the engagement ends, you keep all of it. We keep a copy of our own reports and checklists. You can remove our access at any time.

7. Case studies

We may describe your results without naming your business (for example, "an Upstate HVAC contractor went from 0 of 30 to 9 of 30"). We use your business name only if you check the box on the onboarding form or tell us in writing.

8. Confidentiality and privacy

We keep your business information, logins-by-access, pricing and internal notes confidential and use them only to do the work. See our privacy page for what we collect through this website.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by South Carolina law, our total liability for anything arising from these services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect damages, or for the actions of Google, OpenAI, Perplexity, Reddit, Yelp, Angi or any other third-party platform.

10. Ending the engagement

Either side may end Stay Named with 30 days' written notice. We may end any engagement immediately if you ask us to violate section 2, provide false information, or fail to pay. On ending, we hand over a plain list of everything we touched.

11. The legal bits

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Disputes go first to a good-faith conversation, then to mediation in Greenville County, then to the courts of Greenville County, South Carolina. If a piece of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. This page is the entire agreement unless we both sign something else.
